Information submitted through this site

Callback forms ask for your name, telephone number, and email address and offer an optional brief-summary field limited to 200 characters. The full contact form also optionally asks for a general matter type and preferred time to be reached, and lets you tell us how you heard about the office. A shorter service-page form uses the page you are visiting to identify a general matter category. Forms send limited technical context such as the page used, referring page, and campaign parameters when present. Keep any summary general. Do not include other people’s names, case numbers, medical or financial details, confidential evidence, or urgent deadlines.

How information is used

Information submitted through the callback form is used to respond to your request, operate and secure the form, and understand which page led to the request. Website, form-processing, hosting, and email-delivery providers may process the information to provide those services.

Cookieless website measurement

This site uses Kalydron Pulse to measure page visits and general contact intent. It may record the page path, referring website’s origin, campaign source, and whether someone clicked a phone or email link or attempted to submit a form. The measurement script sets no cookies. If you arrive from an advertisement it keeps the advertisement’s click reference for the length of your visit, as described below, and stores nothing else in your browser. It does not read form fields, send telephone numbers or email addresses, or create a persistent identifier that follows a visitor across days. There is no Google Analytics, advertising pixel, or third-party tracking tag on this site.

What this site stores in your browser

This site sets no cookies. Two small items are kept in your own browser’s storage, and neither identifies you or follows you to other websites:

• If you arrive from an advertisement, the campaign details in the web address are held for the length of that visit so they are still available if you fill in a form or tap the telephone number after moving between pages. Your browser discards this when you close the tab.
• If you dismiss the banner offering the page in the other language, that choice is remembered so the banner does not reappear on every page.

Clearing your browsing data removes both. Blocking site storage does not stop you using the site or its forms.

Advertising

The office advertises on Google. When you reach this site by clicking one of those advertisements, Google adds a click identifier to the web address, along with the name of the advertising keyword and campaign that showed you the advertisement. The visit and the page it landed on are recorded together with those advertising details, and if you then submit a form or tap a telephone number, the same details are sent with the record of that action. This lets the office see which advertisements lead to visits and contacts, and report back to Google Ads which campaigns are worth running.

This tells Google that a click resulted in an enquiry. It does not tell Google who you are: your name, telephone number, email address, and anything you write in the summary field are not sent to Google or to any advertising service.

Attorney-client relationship

Contacting the office or submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not use the website for urgent or time-sensitive communications. Call the office directly if your matter requires immediate attention.
